Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more. You can train your body to sleep well by developing a bed-time routine you enjoy. Pick a good time to aim for bed that will allow you at least 8-9 hours of sleep time. How long for a personal hygiene routine? A bed-time read? Or soe soft music - whatever floats your boat.
