When I'm in a hurry I blend myself a delicious strawberry smoothie for breakfast. Takes me about 2 minutes to make and a few big gulps to drink. I go with low-fat yogurt, a banana, a small amout of blueberries(superfood) and a big batch of strawberries. So good! Try one, or tweak it to your liking. Smootie attack!!!
