The Real Food Challenge


Eating healthy means eating lots of Real Foods.  These are foods found naturally and come from nature, plant foods or (sorry vegetarians) animals.  Fruits and veggies are Real Foods, so are beans and rice, but not pasta. Real Foods only have one item in the ingredients list on a Food Label. Record your food choices for the day on your Nutrition Log to complete Today's Challenge.
