Yogurt is teen friendly. It has a pretty balanced amount of carbs, fats and protein. The big bonus is Calcium. Yogurt has a good dose of calcium. Strong solid bones...calcium plays a big role in that. Oh...and protein...gotta get enough of that as a growing young person.
