The 50 Burpies Challenge

 


Burpies are a great calisthenics exercise that challenges your entire body.  You will have 10 minutes to complete Today's Challenge.  Your 50 burpies can be done in groups of 10 or 20, with a short rest in-between, remembering you have up to 10 minutes.  To complete Today's Challenge, post your results on the Today's Challenge wall.
