The Drink Water Challenge

 


Staying hydrated is a daily task.  Today's Challenge has two challenges.  The first challenge is to drink at least 8 full glasses of water today.  The second challenge is to NOT drink ANY soda, juice, sports drinks, red bulls, coffee, tea.... it's a day of hydration for your body, now go drink some water.
